The problem
Scrubzone makes an automated hand hygiene system that washes, rinses and dries hands for high-care facilities. For reasons outside their control, their website was lost and went offline, at exactly the wrong moment. A group of investors and several high-potential clients were about to look the business up.
There was no site to restore from. What Scrubzone did have was a content document describing the product, the business and its benefits. They needed a credible, professional website in front of those people fast, not in a few weeks.
What we did
XP Labs treated it as a speed problem with a quality bar. Using an AI-led workflow on a static Astro foundation, we:
- turned the content document into a structured site: homepage, product system, the Extend Plus offering, FAQ and contact
- set the design, look and feel around Scrubzone’s brand, with a clean, clinical aesthetic suited to healthcare buyers
- optimised the copy for clarity and search, so the key product facts are readable by people, search engines and AI answer engines
- built every page as static, prerendered HTML, so the site is fast, secure and cheap to host
- deployed it to Scrubzone’s domain
From receiving the content document to a live website took under a day.
Why it worked
AI did the heavy lifting on structure, layout and first-draft copy. People did the judgement: what the investors and buyers needed to see first, how the product should be positioned, and what had to be exactly right before it went live. That split is what made the speed possible without the site looking rushed.
A static build also removed the moving parts. There is no database or plugin stack to configure, patch or break, which matters for a business that had just lost its site.
The result
Scrubzone was back online with a site that presents the product clearly to investors and prospective clients, in time for the conversations that mattered. Because it is static and content-driven, it is also easy to extend as the business grows.
